| Qualification: | Our Client is looking for a leader who has substantial manufacturing experience, who really understands the day to day operations of an industrial manufacturing facility. Your proactive thinking and ability to take initiative will make you successful in; scheduling production flow, administering quality assurance, monitoring and replenishing inventory, supervising hourly personnel, coordinating work assignments, as well as coaching crew members on work assignments and duties. |
| Responsibilities: | Specific responsibilities in this role will include: rn• Ensure that production orders are carried out:rn• Respecting the quality criteria and procedures in placern• Respecting standards of efficiency and productivityrn• Ensure overall manufacturing objectives are achievedrn• Manage daily operations in a safe and environmentally friendly mannerrn• Maintain and organize associated documentationrn• Provide high levels of leadership and mentorshiprnrnIn order to qualify for this role, you must have at minimum:rn• Formal education in the form of a degree or diploma or professional certification in production management, business management or any other discipline related to the position.rn• 5 years minimum of production supervisory or management experiencern• Solid organizational and analytical skillsrn• Advanced communication skills both written and verbalrn• Previous experience implementing new programs and change managementrn• Capability to work in a collaborative team environment |
